In my life I tried to cook in many ways inspired by different cultures.
But , before we talk about food, I think it’s important to tell some background of my life...

I was still a child.
I was sitting in the backseat when I saw a pheasant
crossing the road. I literally threw on the steering wheel of the car
that my father was driving, in order to divert the trajectory.
I was watching cows pasturing, blessed with their udders
swollen with milk, while they were peacefully grazing grass.
I have always thought that this would their "only"reason for being.
This feeling is a fact.
For me, I think it is a good thing.
In fact I am convinced that my instinct then corresponded
also to an intimate and clear stand against

consumption of meat. Various influences led me to retrace my steps a few times ... but ..
Some time ago I and Franco were returning from a tour and, during a stop, my attention was caught by a truck carrying live geese.
They were moaning and I felt really chill when one of them, I do not know how, managed to pull the neck out
from the cage where it was packed with thousands of others and began to scream: it seemed that the goose was speaking just to me
and wanted to tell me how much was suffering and how much was scared...
I'll never forget. So I finally decided to change my eating habits permanently.
Finally, I just have to wish you Buon Appetito! post scriptum:
to facilitate consultation, Maurizio and I have decided to arrange the recipes in alphabetical order...
